Calls go straight to voicemail and then you have to wait until someone calls you back, which sometimes isn't until the next day. They did not come to spray the weeds when I was told they would, so I had to try to reach them and find out what was going on. Not only had to call them myself because there was no communication, but come to find out right before they were supposed to come out that they were now pushing us back 2 weeks causing us to have to reschedule other things we had planned. Bryan Tennant came out to our home, asked pertinent questions to get a good idea of what we were looking for. He had great suggestions to help us create a beautiful backyard. Once we accepted his very reasonable quote, he and his crew came out within the week and in two days installed a 4 zone sprinkler system, created planters with decorative mounds and laid sod. I'm a repeat customer. They installed my irrigation system a few years back. I was so impressed with their work that they were my first choice for my next project. Just recently they installed drain lines to catch the gutter downspouts and added water lines to our new barn. They have a great crew that works hard until the job is done. They are not your typical contractor that doesn't show up when scheduled or comes by for a little bit and leaves for a higher priority project. Highly recommend.
