Nicola refinished several pieces of furniture for me as part of a wider redecoration of our family vacation home and has done an amazing job ensuring I was able to retain the sentiment of some original pieces but incorporate them in to their current surroundings.She was able to restore my Grandfathers 100 year old bedroom set beautifully to the point where the natural damage this set had accrued over its lifetime I was no longer able to notice.
Her choice of paint color and wonderful sense of style brought the pieces back to life without losing any of their original charm and the bedroom now looks beautiful. This wouldn't have been possible had Nicola not taken the time to speak with me about my likes and dislikes and look around my home to see how she could tie the furniture in with the existing decoration.

Nicola Jane Callaghan is the creative director at Nicola Jane Interiors. She defines her style a blend of "rustically vintage" with "current era functionality". Originally from England Nicola started her journey in to Interior Design restoring traditional vintage pieces for her own home. This love for all things design led her to courses in upholstery and creating custom furniture.

This meeting is predominantly about you - what you want to achieve, how you intend to use the space and the look and feel you want. We will also discuss your expectations on overall project management of the various trades.

It is a relaxed space where you can come to seek inspiration and discuss your vision and ideas, browse our wallpaper and fabric books - over a coffee if you like. It is space where you can see the quality of the furnishings, light fixtures, fabrics and 'the finish' you can expect. It is a place where you can buy premium quality paints and wall paper from Farrow and Ball, Thibaut and other well respected suppliers.
