I had them out September 1st because there was water coming from my furnace. The tech spoke down to me and was rude, but he said the culprit was two parts that needed replaced. $355, parts replaced, done. Next morning there is more water so i call again. They send a different tech out, who was very nice and the only reason i am giving two stars instead of one. He explained to me that the issue was a bad drip pan and coil, and took the time to show me the issue. He said i would need a whole new furnace and a/c unit. I was upset i had spent so much the day before for nothing. He took my number and

I am so disappointed and undone I still cannot even express the words of my distress. I WAS a decades long customer until July 25th when I still as of yet have Not received a return phone call about the lack of AC. This company and at this point I use the term lightly, came to my home 3 times in less than a month costing my over $1200 and soon as the temperature rise, the hottest time of the year- no air. I called spoke with the pleasant receptionist explained all this to her. It has been a MONTH and No One has called or came. Again I still have yet to find the words of my frustration in the English
