Services
Window Cleaning
Our professional window cleaning includes exterior-only or full interior/exterior service with screen, track, and frame cleaning. We use insured, bonded teams and specialized equipment to ensure streak-free results for homes and businesses. Our methods protect your property while enhancing visibility and curb appeal, tailored to both residential and commercial needs.
Roof Cleaning
We employ a gentle soft wash method to remove moss and algae without damaging roofs. Our proprietary surfactant-based solutions extend protection for 2-4 times longer than other methods. This service prevents water damage, prolongs roof lifespan, and maintains aesthetic appeal for steep-slope or flat roofs in the Pacific Northwest climate.
Gutter Cleaning
Our gutter cleaning removes debris, inspects downspouts, and clears blockages to prevent water damage. We clean gutter faces and bottoms to restore functionality, ensuring proper drainage away from foundations. This service reduces risks of flooding and structural issues while maintaining gutter appearance.
Pressure Washing
We remove stains and buildup from walkways, driveways, decks, and fences using low-pressure techniques to avoid surface damage. Our process eliminates slip hazards and restores curb appeal for residential and commercial properties. This service targets organic growth and dirt accumulation on multiple exterior materials.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Our technicians eliminate lint and debris from dryer vents to reduce fire risks and improve energy efficiency. This service ensures faster drying times and safer appliance operation by thoroughly cleaning all vent components. We address both residential and commercial dryer systems.

This is the second year that Brian and Good 2 C U have taken care of our gutters. A key aspect when cleaning gutters is to ensure the downspouts are clear. Good 2 C U won't leave until all gutters are clear and they have tested the downspouts. Brian is focused on quality service, and it shows.
