We will come up with a scope of work to bid, sometimes this will involve a simple drawing to show the proposed addition or renovation. If that number looks good, and you wish to proceed, we would need to draft blueprints to give you an accurate bid. You would need to pay for these drawings. We can do them or you can hire them out.
