Professionally cleaned, deodorize carpets. Their responses and service turnaround was quick. I live in the Rythym community and I know they have serviced others in my area. Price point was better for equal services when I compared them to national companies...I like that they are locally owned and operated. I give a "2 thumbs up" to Magic Touch Carpet services.

Scheduled for 830am, showed up an hour late when I called to see what the status was. Owner was confused why no one was there. He showed up and was complaining that there were cleaners there (they werent even in the rooms that needed to be cleaned). He showed up. Cleaned 3 out of 4 rooms. I contacted him about the 4th room 4 times and never heard back. Dont bother going here. Very unprofessional. Im honestly mind blown.

First, I texted Mark after my daughter gave them rave reviews. Mark quickly responded and we set a time to have our entire 2973 SF House carpet, tile, area rugs, and 3 small upholstered pieces cleaned. Then, Ryan was here, in Adora Trails in Gilbert on time. He looked over the house, complimented us on our being prepared and explained what he would do and how he would get it done. He presented me the pre-agreed upon price sheet and started the process. He was kind enough to point out minor issues with pet stains on one of our area rugs (We have 2 Corgis) and took extra care to get it clean. He
