Phenomenal father and son team! I made the appointment on Saturday and they came at 8 a.m. on the dot on Monday (presidents day). Very professional and explained thoroughly the process that would be performed on couch. They extracted all kinds of dirt out of my couch that you couldn't even tell was there! The sanitized, cleaned, steamed and deep scrubbed my couch. Great price for the service that was provided and they cleaned my area rug, complimentary as well. Highly recommend and will be using their service again in one year.

Kind, professional, efficient, talented, and great pricing! I highly recommend Sheen Carpet Cleaning for all carpet cleaning projects. I worked late and was still sleeping when Joe and his associate arrived this morning so I scrambled to throw things into the closet's and get stuff off the floor. Joe told me to take a deep breath and take my time. Such pleasant people and highly efficient workers. They were finished in an hour and a half and the carpet looks great! Definitely won't wait a year and a half to get my carpets cleaned again now that I found Sheen.

I had services with Joe yesterday. From the very beginning, it was great. Joe asked for pictures to provide me a quote. Quote was wonderful compared to other companies. Quote did not even change when he saw the rug in person. I was completely satisfied with his carpet cleaning services and I would definitely use his company again. My rug looks brand new! Sheen was great! Our rug was in need of some cleaning (pet stains/odor) and Sheen came out the next day for a free in home consultation to assess whether it would be worth our money for us to attempt to clean it at all. They were very nice and straight forward as to what could be done. We decided to have them take the rug to their facilities for a full cleaning and we are very happy with the results! The rug looks and smells like new!! We would definitely use Sheen in the future!!
