Absolutely AMAZING interaction! Got us in for an appointment super fast, his phone etiquette was above par! I called Vans to pump our septic before our pool install next month. He returned my call the next day and was able to schedule the work for the following week. I was going to be out of town on business, so I (and my wife) was so thrilled when he said his pump fee included digging to expose the covers. My wife said he arrived on time (even a little early), he was very knowledgeable and friendly, and drove the cleanest truck she had ever seen! Thank you for providing a great service!
