Sometimes we never know what we're up against until we show up. This post was previously repaired by someone else and it was by far the strangest post repair I've ever come across. Not only was it an eye-sore, but it was also non effective.

Drywall Repair

This clients entire salt-water pool ended up in the basement. The remediation company removed 2-ft x 140-ft of water damaged drywall around this very large basement area. In 10 days we were able to restore it to perfect condition which included, priming, and two coats of paint. This video is a little long, but it's worth the watch if you have the time.

Electrical

In this video Bob shows you how he installed a bathroom exhaust fan from the living space which was suppose to be installed from the attic. The client purchased a "new construction" fan as a replacement fan and instead of putting him out by having to reschedule, I installed it and I'll show you how I did it.

Flooring

Below you will see several installations that I performed, starting with this one which had four previous floors and the original subfloor which had to be removed first. This was done without the removal of the cabinets. Five layers of flooring had to be removed before we could install the new vinyl planks.

Gutter Cleaning & Repair

Report

Gutters are your 2nd line of defense against the elements and if they are not clean and draining properly the damage could be significant. These gutters were cleaned by a company specializing in gutter maintenance, but this difficult to reach area was ignored. I won't ignore your needs and always treat your projects like they are my own.
