Milestone Homes was founded in 1993 by the Tulsa native Rob Miles. Rob graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1984 and upon graduation he was offered a job by his father in law Jim Beale. Jim was the founder of Beale Company Builders and had been building in the Tulsa area since 1974. When Rob came on board the market was very slow and he had to work two jobs.
Once the economy picked up Beale Company started building more homes in many subdivisions across the Tulsa metro area. After working in the home building industry for 9 years Rob gained a wealth of experience building homes and developing neighborhoods as he created Milestone Homes. For over 4 decades now Milestone Homes has flourished building speculative and custom homes, commercial buildings, remodels, real estate, and developments.
