Courteous, professional, on time, fair! A pump motor failed on the spa. Bob initially came out and inspected the problem (no charge), then came back and fixed it promptly, leaving the tub ready to be used when I got home that night. And the charge was more than fair. Not something I have experienced in Santa Barbara ever!

If your controls aren't functioning, i.e. the jets will not turn on, it is possible that the Spa Lock feature has been engaged.
