Atlanta Gate provided a powder coated gate for our complex and it began rusting within 2 weeks from installation. They are blaming it on another vendor, but after it taking 4 months to get the product, it appears it is thier powder coating lack of attention to the crooks and crannies is the issue. The devil is in the details. DO NOT USE this company. They do not warranty thier work. They claim it was because we used another company to install the operators. Is that why we got sub par construction? You wanted to do it all, get all the work? Not a fair business practice.

Atlanta Gate replaced the security gate at our driveway and the entire experience with them was great. From the initial quote, updates about progress till final installation, everyone kept us well-informed and answered all our questions. We live in Atlanta (EAV) and have tried to work with Atlanta Gate Co for the past 3 months. Over this time we have been unsuccessful in getting a quote. Robin was transparent that they will only do quotes if jobs are in your area. During this time we had 2 scheduled appointments that were cancelled an hour before. Both times we took time off work for the appointment. When we provided this feedback to the office we were told, "Shane, the owner, is the only one who quotes, and he sets his schedule." I cannot speak to the quality of work this company does, but they have not been respective of our

From the time I made my first call to request an estimate to the final gate installation I was very impressed with the crew at Atlanta Gate. Robin was always very sweet and helpful when I called and asked questions. When Shane showed up to give me the estimate he was very nice and patient with all our questions and got back to us quickly with a detailed estimate. When Tim, Bob and Bear showed up to do the initial and final installs they were prompt, professional, friendly and showed an attention to detail that I greatly appreciated. I called to have them come out to make a minor adjustment and
