I highly recommend Eric and Sewer Ninjas! The were very attentive and spend a good deal of time problem solving out very complicated and old sewer system. They came back several times to develop the plan and purchased equipment to address our problem. All the while they were friendly helpful and reassuring! We are grateful customers and our sewer is fixed!!!

I was very impressed with the entire crew at Sewer Ninjas. Everyone was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of our living space. Eric and Chip came in with all their equipment and knew exactly where the problem pipe was in my basement floor. What I love most about their service, was how honest and personable they all were. I was so nervous, I thought it was going to cost a small fortune. Eric didn't try to over charge me becasue I am a female, that's how you know these are the good guys. We had failing drain pipes under our basement floor that needed to be replaced and Erik and team were able to make that happen. We unfortunately had to dig and replace rather than reline them which made it a pricey fix, but they did solid work. Erik was very informative and most importantly, responsive. While other companies ignored call after call, Erik and team responded within minutes when we had questions/concerns. They certainly aren't the cheapest, but you know you will get good work and a very professional experience with them.

I am so thankful at how the whole company was fantastic to me and my wife. I am almost hesitant to say they have outstanding customer service (they do!) because I have felt more like a friend or family member than a customer. I am just so happy with everything (all things considered!). Seriously, I couldnt ask for a better company to help me and my wife during a stressful time. I was amazed by how timely everything happened, and how on time everyone was. When he said hes be there at 2, he was there at 2. When he said hed be back between 8:15 and 8:30, he was there at 8:24. My brother is a new homeowner and had them come out for an estimate when his hot water heater needed to be replaced. They gave him an outrageous quote and said he had to pick up the new hot water heater himself and bring it back to his house or pay an extra fee to have the appliance delivered. Yet they were going to charge him $1000 for labor which I don't know what that labor entailed as they were not doing anything but installing/replacing copper pipes. The thing about small town businesses is when you try to take advantage of a young persons unfortunate situation, people are going to talk

In town visiting my Mom, and there were a number of small issues that needed evaluation/repair (slow running sink drain in spare bath, faulty kitchen faucet with a crack at the base, non-functional garbage disposal, and the knob to operate shower in master bath was 'stuck'). Called at noon on a Saturday, they were here within 40min (offered 20min!!!). All work done within 2h, and they swapped out the old showered with a new one we had on hand. Prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend these folks.
