11 20 2021 Update. I finally got my screens several weeks ago, still no missing window. Still waiting on the refund for the sliding glass door they cannot supply. Buyer beware. I purchased replacement windows and a sliding glass door from Best Buy. Windows were installed in May except for one Window. A screen was missing and one was damaged. Almost 4 months later, no response from them on the missing window or screens. They do not respond to phone calls. I understood the sliding glass door was not available but again no response for months. Today I filed a complaint with the Dallas BBB as well
