The Guardian advantage is a result of our asphalt-based product called Pitch Black which has a nice dark black color, is thicker than traditional coal tar sealers, and is non-toxic; which is safer for the environment, people, and pets. We are one of two companies in IL that uses this product, and the only one in the Greater Chicagoland area.

Report
Asphalt is exposed to the sun, rain and snow, and chemicals from oil and gasoline; these all help to wear down the asphalt. The oxidation of the surface causes the asphalt to dry and become brittle; leading to the erosion of the top layer and the appearance of larger stones and small cracks on the surface.
Payment Method
Report
It is preferred that you pay at the time of service. If no one will be home, you can leave payment in an envelope taped to the front door and the crew will pick it up when they come. A receipt will be left at the home. We do accept credit card payments, but there is a 4.5% fee that is associated with most credit card charges.
