Johnny and his crew did excellent work. They were courteous, efficient, had a very reasonable rate and our new floor looks fantastic. Creative Floors provided us with exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make sure that we receive the best possible solution to fit our needs and budget.
The crew was always on time and respectful to our home. We are definitely going to use their services for our future flooring projects. Johnny looked at my floor and gave me an estimate. A couple days later his team came over and fixed my flooring. I couldn't believe how nice it looked. They had to fix 7 places in my bamboo flooring that were either separating or of uneven cut.
The job took around 3 hours and Alex and John cleaned up any mess that was left. I couldn't believe that I was looking at the same floor. To say that I was happy with the results is an understatement. I'd hire them again. We hired Johhny to refinish the floors throughout our house. He came right away to meet us, look at the house and give us an estimate.

Are you installing in a high traffic area? As a general rule, high gloss floors show scratches and imperfections more easily. If the area you're covering is a high traffic area, especially areas well traveled by children and large pets, .
