We had the pleasure of touring a few of their new homes in Soraya Farms and fell in love. The community is very cute and clean and the homes are amazing. Each house has it's own personality and we love that. They were a pleasure to work with and ensured all of our questions were answered and our house was ready for move-in on time!

I had the pleasure of purchasing my new home from Design Homes. Although a Spec home about 2 months into the build phase, they worked with me to make a few changes, which was great. Also the project management was fantastic and quality of work was great too. Loved the experience!

I've had the pleasure of working with Design Homes for over a decade as one of their subcontractors. I'm lucky enough to be near the end of the process so I've gotten to see a lot of their finished work and it is top-notch. They don't cut corners and are certainly one of the best builders in the area. I'd recommend them to any of my personal friends or family when they are in the market for a beautiful new home.

I have worked with Design Homes & Development for over 6 years now & I have loved working with them. They are a great builder, with great employees who are very organized & friendly. They have an on site designer that helps their clients each step of the way through the entire selections process- which is such a great perk to building with them. The final product they deliver is amazing quality & stunning!
