I understand that we have to pay in full prior to servicing, but not getting a courtesy call at least to let us know their ETA, we had to call several times just to find out, what a disappointment. I hope they understand that customers have other important things to do other than waiting. I could have gone to work if they had called me that the technician will show up at 3:30 pm. They need to implement a better communication system!

Simply the best place i can go for my hot tub needs. Wade and Molly are real down to earth people that explain what i need in my services without making me feel incompetent. Prices are fair across the industry or cheaper. Service and techs are top quality. Will not go anywhere else.

Excellent service. Tested my salt cell for my pool and it wasn't working. They were able to replace it under warranty even though I had bought it from someone else! Also tested my pool water and gave me clear direction on what I need to do. Couldn't be happier. Will be using them for all my pool issues from now on.
