We built a new home with Andy Cummings and Med City Builders a little over 1.5 yrs ago and we love our new home. Andy was always on-time with our project and if any issues developed he was immediately here to discuss options and resolve the issue to our satisfaction. If Andy was out of town he had Jennie and team following up on our schedule and build process, which they were all professional and pleasant to deal with.
Weve built many new homes over my working career and have never had any contractor complete our home On-Time, but Andy and Med City had us moving in early ( less than 3 months

Our experience with Med City Builders has been nothing but positive. From the first day we met until closing, Andy and his team were there for us. We looked at other builders but no one met our needs. Andy was willing to work with us on a custom design, worked to get us the lot we wanted, put together a construction schedule for the project, and worked with his preferred contractors to get the house done early. We built our home with Med City Builders 10 years ago, and we are very happy with the quality and construction. We recently just finished our basement this year, and we love everything about it. Andy and Jenni worked hard to meet our needs in a timely manner. They listened to what we wanted, and responded well to calls, texts, and emails. They coordinated their subcontractors well, and if there were any issues that we noticed, they took care of them in a timely manner. We appreciated his organized and thorough approach to our new home. Through many meetings and discussions we found Andy to be trustworthy, honest, and a good listener.
