Midwest Security Alarm Company, While planning for our move to a new home so many of you have been very helpful. So it's my turn to pay back! I highly recommend Midwest Alarm Company for your security system needs. Steven Wilson, owner of the family & local company is not only a great person but quickly responds to our security needs and questions.
When our alarm goes off (so far all by accident), it's nice to be called by a security company employee who recognizes our voices, rather than a non-personal call center employee. Once when we were not home and the alarm went off I told Steven that I thought the ceiling fan I forgot to turn off was the cause.
But since he lives locally, he offered to go by & be sure everything was okay - don't get that personal service from other companies. For our new home, of course we had Steven install our new system. And price - haven't found anyone lower in price.
