For anyone thinking about resurfacing a tub, the only person I would call is Kenny at Tub Tile and Tops. I talked to six different companies before contracting Tub Tile and Tops for my tub because my needs were a little special. I have a stamped steel tub, which is not very thick metal, and it had pre-existing rust near the drain area when I bought my house. Since most of the bathroom is nice ceramic tile and it is right up to the edge of the tub, replacing the tub would be a big job and very expensive. Our home was in bad need of a tub and shower stall update. It is an older home and the tub was pink. Could not afford to have the cast iron tub removed and replaced, so I called Ken. What a great guy to communicate with. He was very personable over the phone and immediately responded to our request with a quote. The Resurface Technician was very good at this job, worked thoroughly and got the job done. Both our tub and shower stall were resurfaced. They look brand new. We haven't used them yet because the whole house is being remodeled. It is great to have a service provider stand behind his work
