Go to a different store if you can no one offered to help me once I walked in and the walked over to Greet others that walked in a few mins after me they do not have a public bathroom and sometimes it takes an he or more to buy a phone and what not and they are the only uscellular that Ive been to that dont take Apple Pay

STOPPED IN TO UPGRADE PHONE, BRYON WAS COOL BUT I COULD TELL HE WAS BEING RUSHED WHICH MADE ME FEEL "RUSHED" THEN "JOEY" THE GUY IN CHARGE THAT NIGHT CAME OVER AND QUESTIONING HOW LONG THIS WAS GOING TO TAKE WHICH MADE BRYON HURRY MORE! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/MANAGMENT

Josh went way above and beyond for me on an in store claim! He spent hours working to resolve my phone issues. He kept me up to speed on what was happening with my phone and was timely with return calls. I will be back to the store for upgrades and continue to renew my contracts with US Cellular because of the great treatment I got from Josh. Thank you!

The staff was helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Trade ins for phones only cover S6 and higher, but I needed to upgrade from my S3 anyway. I'd advise getting there by 10 am as there was a line starting to form before opening. There were about 5 kiosks opened ready to help customers.

Wonderful service! Went at 10 am on a Saturday morning, was able to get helped right away. Josh S was super friendly, knowledgeable, and a great salesman- learned about our needs and then found us the right products. He explained everything really well and gave us good options to make our purchasing easy. Did not feel taken advantage of. Were from out of town, but would definitely drive the hour back to this store to work with Josh again. Thanks!
