Founded in 2016, our company was established to address the inequities in solar energy access that exclude 80% of Americans from traditional rooftop installations. As a Certified B Corporation and Public Benefit Corporation, we operate with a dual mission: to provide affordable clean energy solutions while advancing social and environmental justice. Our community solar subscription model eliminates financial and structural barriers by allowing participants to access solar benefits without upfront costs, property ownership, or physical installations. With operations across Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and Colorado, we've helped subscribers save over $8 million on electricity costs while preventing more than 515,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions. Our S.H.A.R.E. program specifically targets low- and moderate-income households, offering enhanced discounts and financial support to ensure equitable access to renewable energy.

Through strategic partnerships with local nonprofits and universities, we've created a model that simultaneously reduces energy bills, creates green jobs, and funds community initiatives. Our team maintains transparency through annual impact reports and holds itself accountable to the highest standards of corporate responsibility, as evidenced by our top 5% global ranking among B Corps for environmental impact.
