Dr. Campbell received her Bachelor of Science in Education, Master of Arts in Audiology (1988) and Doctor of Audiology Degree (2000) from the University of Florida. A diagnostic hearing evaluation is the first step in determining your hearing capability. If you have hearing loss, it will detail the extent, type, and specifics of your particular hearing loss. The diagnostic hearing evaluation will be performed by Dr. Campbell, using special calibrated equipment called an audiometer.

We found out about my daughters hearing loss when she was in the 4th grade. We saw doctors at UC Davis and renown. They all said she needed hearing aids. She fought against it and said she would not wear them. Since she was doing great on school still we waited until she got older. Bit we saw an audiologist each year. We have LOVED seeing Dr. Campbell over the years! She works well with children and adults and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I have been to other audiologists but this is the first time I have felt my hearing loss and comfort were more than a potential sale. Dr. Campbell and her staff are top notch. Dr. Campbell sincerely cares about her patients and makes them feel so comfortable when with her. Last week,, Dr. Campbell thought my mom seemed not well at her appointment and checked her oxygen level. At her advice, we ended up calling the paramedics while at the office and my mom had pneumonia. We had no clue. Dr. Campbell and staff stayed by our side the whole time and made sure we let them know that my mom was ok after we left. My mom and I can't recommend them enough. She cares SO much for her patients!

This is a caution: when you buy your hearing aids from this place be sure you know the warranty on both the hearing aid and the components. The ear mold is only for three months.Unfortunately, my ear molds made it four months before having a problem.These are really expensive investments so as they say buyer beware.

I have been going to Nanci Campbell for several years now and I have always been very happy with her service. I recently purchased a new pair of hearing aids and I love them. These come blue tooth enabled and they are connected to my mobile phone and to my television. What a difference! I am no longer asking my husband to turn up the television, I can still hear it if I go to the laundry room to grab a load.

This isn't for Nanci, but her scheduling. I live out of town, have a newborn and work full time. I was referred here for an audiology appointment for my daughter and they set the time for the appointment as well as sent me a confirmation card with my paperwork in the mail. When I arrived for the appointment, they said the appointment didn't exist and they had to reschedule, which is extremely difficult for me with two kids and working right now. The receptionist acknowledged she wrote the appointment card but couldn't fit me in while I was there.

I have known Dr. Campbell since June, 2005 when I went to her with severe hearing loss from childhood. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years. I have seen the good the bad and the ugly. By far, Dr. Campbell is the best. She is only interested in improving your quality of life as someone hearing impaired.
