We try our best to support a small business but not this one anymore! We brought flooring for our whole house. Thought the owner knowledge was great until we had our vinyl plank and carpet installed. The vinyl plank scratches easily and carpet in the master bedroom was laid wrong and within a year, the carpet looked totally worn out. Ive tried numerous calls and emails since 4/2020. She promised to come look at our carpet, never called or showed up. Its been over 2 years, I even called supposedly her son, which now she said she doesnt have but I have his business card. Definitely, the

Huge selection. Williams will cut and bind anything they have to specifications. Making cost-saving suggestions is typical when working with someone on the floor.
