Noticed in the morning that the fridge wasn't cold, though freezer was working fine. Tried to DIY it but wasn't making headway, so I called ZAR. The guy showed up in less than an hour, fixed it in about an hour for a reasonable price, and by evening it was cold again and all the food was saved.
