They came out to install a dishwasher. They didnt level it. The top protruded and inch past the insert and 1 1/2 inches at the bottom instead of being flush. I told them i wanted to be able to pull the dishwasher out far enough to get behind it if necessary - the install does not let me get behind the dishwasher. They said I needed an airgap hose, installed it and charged me $50. The cost of the hose is about $5 and takes a couple of minutes to install. When I called the owner he justified the cost because it would have cost me more if I called in a plumber to install the hose. DUH! - his crew
