We moved last summer from Akron, OH, into an older home in Churchill, PA. The home needed some repairs, and Giant replaced the AC, the furnace, the thermostat, the garbage disposal, and MOST OF ALL, when the cast-iron plumbing stack cracked and needed to be replaced from the second floor to the basement, Doug, Joe, Karen, and the rest of the team completed the job with such professionalism! We couldn't be HAPPIER with the relationship we've built with Giant. Giant's prices are very reasonable, and their work is exemplary. WE WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER SERVICE OTHER THAN GIANT!! We can't say enough

I love these guys. They have serviced two of my homes. Doug and his folks are always responsive, always up front with information, and they do great work. They have done some real tricky stuff and fixed some hairy situations for me. They are the only folks that I use.
