Custom Home Building
We build custom homes specifically designed for chemical sensitivity sufferers. Our process incorporates formaldehyde-free materials, VOC-free paint, and advanced air filtration systems. Each home receives personalized attention to meet individual health requirements while maintaining structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Our expertise ensures safe living environments that exceed standard construction practices.
Formaldehyde-Free Insulation
Our formaldehyde-free insulation solutions create healthier indoor environments by eliminating harmful off-gassing chemicals. This eco-friendly insulation improves air quality while maintaining superior thermal performance. We install this specialized insulation as part of our comprehensive approach to building chemically safe homes for sensitive individuals.
VOC-Free Paint Application
We use VOC-free paint systems that eliminate toxic chemical emissions. This specialized paint application reduces indoor air pollution while providing durable, long-lasting finishes. Our painting process supports healthier living spaces by avoiding traditional paint's harmful volatile organic compounds.
UV Air Filtration Systems
Our UV air filtration systems eliminate airborne pathogens using advanced ultraviolet light technology. These systems provide continuous air purification in moisture-prone areas like kitchens and bathrooms. We integrate this technology to maintain clean indoor air quality throughout the home.
Air-to-Air Exchangers
We install air-to-air exchangers that maintain fresh indoor air while preserving energy efficiency. These systems remove stale air and introduce filtered outdoor air without compromising temperature control. Our ventilation solutions address modern home construction's air quality challenges.

I didn't think that anyone out there could've created our dream home like Stan did. He has such high standards for himself and he is one of a kind in his building style. He's unmatched not only in these parts but near and far!
