Nortech technician came to fix (1. Freezing 2. Clean mold on water dispenser area) for our refrigerator. The technician fixed the freezing problem, but he had no clue on how to open the water dispensing unit of Kenmore Elite refrigerator. In fact, he made several dents on the unit in attempting to open the water dispenser unit. Then, he said that he is going to go back and find someone else who can come over to do the job. We had decided it was time for a furnace tune up so we looked up HVAC companies in Seattle on Google and decided to go with Nortech Heating & Cooling Services because they had a high rating. We were able to make an appointment online, which was definitely convenient since we both work full time jobs during the week.
