Definitely would recommend Jeff for pool related work. Essentially, I wanted someone to come out and give me an idea of what should be done regarding pool pump/piping replacement. Called around to a few different services and he was one of the few that was willing to help me out without a service contract. He came out and inspected everything and presented me my options; including advice on how to do the work myself. He worked up few different options and once decided had the work done within two days. Work was done quickly with no interruption to my day to day life.

Jeff managed to salvage a mess of a pool that I didn't think was salvageable and completed it in a timely manner. Even with many hurdles in between and during the holidays, Jeff got the job done and communicated throughout the entire process. Included pool start up service, sludge removal and installed a whole new pool pump and filter system. As a professional in the home remodeling and reselling business, I believe Jeff to be a priority vendor in my book of business for Lakeland and wherever he's willing to travel to.

We called Jeff a few weeks ago to ask for an estimate to resurface our pool. He came that very afternoon and gave us a quote that we felt was very fair. We were very pleased with his availability to begin the work within two weeks, as most big jobs these days are so delayed (the other company we called wasn't even interested in giving us a quote as they were so backed up). Jeff kept us informed with prompt communication, and the team he's put together were skilled, polite, worked hard, and did a great job. Property Managers Beware! Our office called in for a quote on pool service for a property that we manage in N Lakeland and requested that he take a look at the pool in question to receive an accurate quote. We received an angry call back about 30 minutes later yelling about how he could not find the property and that we were wasting his time. The line went dead so we assumed he hung up the phone however a few minutes later he called back again yelling that we hung up on him and how unprofessional this was (he must have hit a dead zone as the line had dropped on our end as well). I called Jeffs Pool in August. He came to the house and charged me $175 for a month's service and a start up fee. He showed up for 5 minutes one other time and didn't see him until October. He told me I needed a pool timer and pump. He said he had the timer and would install one. He cut my timer out and put it in the ground. Then he pulled the wiring out also. He told me my pool was green both times. First time it was crystal clear. Second time there was some algae growing since he hadn't checked the pool in two months. When he left he billed me another $185. That's $360 for
