From my interaction in working with Jennifer on the initial quote and scheduling, to working with Mark for the final quote, and working with Mark and Zach on the installation, everything was a 5 star experience. I cannot express enough how professional and courteous this company was in installing our blinds and screens. They did exactly as they said they would plus. More . Erick and his team installed roll down porch screens on the house we remodeled 3 years ago. They recommended a product that turned out to be ideal and has worked flawlessly. During the recent cold snap, one of the screens began hanging up. I spoke with Erick on a Friday and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. His office called me that Monday to schedule a service call FOR THE NEXT DAY! The technician arrived right on time, fixed the problem and left. Cant ask for better service than that!
