Teri Quednau probably isn't what you picture when you try to imagine a hearing instrument specialist. She's very down-to-earth, a Harley-riding mom and grandma who wears jeans, not a lab coat. She also wears a hearing aid. When she was 32 years old, she was diagnosed with a genetic conductive hearing loss, and she's now on her fourth hearing device.

I highly recommend Quednau Hearing. This was the third place I had tried to find out about hearing aids. The honesty and customer service are amazing. After receiving my hearing test, Teri told me my hearing loss was moderate and asked me "if" I wanted to get hearing aids. She was not "selling" me anything and explained things thoroughly. My hearing aids work wonderfully and I have to say that the detailed explanations from Teri and her team make the difference.

I am very happy with my hearing aids. Service is excellent. She did a good hearing test that allowed her to provide some very good hearing aids. She adjusted them in just 2 appt. Now I can hear again. She showed me how to adjust them for different surroundings both with my phone and without. How to properly clean and change parts. Service is excellent, on point, friendly and continuing when ever I need it.

I previously had hearing aids that were 3.5 years old that I had purchased from another provider in town. I was never really happy with them, or the provider, and my hearings aids were failing, so I decided to try Teri Quednau for my new pair. After an examination and hearing test, Teri asked what I didn't like about my old pair, what my lifestyle was like, and what features were important to me. She recommended a different brand from what I had and gave me a loaner pair to try out for a while. I was very happy with the loaner pair. They fit better, were way more comfortable, and sounded better

Teri is AMAZING. My husband, Matt was going in not knowing what to expect. Teri laid it out where it was easy for us to understand. Made suggestions on devices based off his needs not cost. When there was a insurance issue, she worked through it with us and came up with a reasonable solution. Highly recommend

Despite the limitations due to COVID-19, setting up my appointments was always easy and convenient. The initial testing was thorough yet quick, and the selection of hearing aids was most appropriate to my specific needs.
I required only one minor adjustment on a walk-in basis, and my success has been even better than I had hoped for! I’m now hearing sounds I didn’t know existed, the TV volume is down 50%, and my wife and I can now talk at normal levels.

Teri Quednau owns and operates this wonderful new business. The office has free parking out front and is at the intersection of Duncan and Windsor in Champaign (just one mile north of Exit 232 on 57). Teri was extremely helpful to me two times this past summer. I didn't have an appointment either time but she was able to make time to resolve my hearing aid problems immediately. Her professionalism and expertise were just what I needed. I especially appreciated her welcoming friendliness and willingness to help fix my problems. Teri is one of the most informative hear specialist that I have found. I have been playing Rock & Roll for a lot of years. She tested me for hearing loss a knew right away what I needed. We did the test and in a few day's I had my hearing aids and a few adjustments I'm hearing like knew the birds are singing again. Thanks Teri I will be back soon. Teri takes as much time as I want to answer questions, demonstrate how to clean and maintain my hearing aids and to examine and clean the wax from my ears. She explained a Bluetooth problem that I had so that I know the environments that it is likely to occur. She always ends each appointment with " Is there anything else I can help you with?" Also, her main product is Otion, the best reviewed hearing aids.
