Mike and Jared were awesome. My 93 year-old mothers heating system broke down and by early evening her house was cold. Mike and Jared were there within an hour of calling Karns Mechanical Services. It took about 30 minutes to fix and now my mother has a warm house. Thank-you Mike and Jared!

There's a reason Karns Mechanical has such a high rating... It's because they are the best! I struggled for multiple years with my upstairs unit. I had used a couple different HVAC companies and never felt like I was getting great service. I finally bit the bullet this Spring and replaced the AC. Karns Mechanical came highly recommended. Turns out they had the best price, and more importantly, they had the best service!

Highly recommend Mike Jenkins @ Karns Mechanical. He is a great guy who shows up anytime you have an issue (nights, weekends and holidays). They are very professional and very reasonably priced. Would not trust anyone else.

Our A/C went out about 7:00 on a Saturday night. I called KMS about 9:00 PM and they said they would be glad to come out on a Sunday. They showed up around 9:30 AM and by 10:00 I had A/C again. What a sweet couple and wonderful 5-star service. Couldn't recommend more!!
