We couldnt be happier with this companys service. What started as a routine request for chimney cleaning service revealed some major problems with the two chimneys in the Boise house we recently purchased. We are so happy that we chose Idaho Fireplace and Chimney, because Ritchies deep expertise and experience were essential to fixing everythinginspiring confidence throughout the process. Had been told my chimney needed to be reclined, Ritchie inspected the chimney and told me it wasnt necessary. Had him clean the chimney and replace the chase and cap. We have a two story house and he did the work during a storm with 30 mph winds, we thought hed put it off but no. Good job.

Having recently bought and old house, but never having had a wood-burning fireplace, I was concerned about the condition of it. Ritchie at Idaho Fireplace and Chimney came out to our house quickly and explained things to look for as well as the current condition of the fireplace. There aren't a ton of chimney cleaning companies in Boise, so it was nice to find one that was so buttoned up. We'll definitely be using Idaho Fireplace and Chimney again!
