We can always count on Fireplace to respond to any questions or problems we have. They make the effort to understand the problem and resolve it in an efficient way. They are always friendly and very patient with providing information and instructions in a manner I can understand and do when they are not around. We live in an older Georgian style home and wanted to update the facade on our fireplace. I contacted the Fireplace Shop on Eglinton as I had used them in the past when converting to a gas fireplace. They were very professional not only in their responses and

I took my wood stove door to have new glass installed, was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks, took over 3 weeks. I received no updates from them, I had to call for updates. After less than 24 hours of use the glass fell out of the frame and smashed !! I tried calling them and then emailing them for assistance to get this repaired and without even the courtesy of a phone call they refunded my money. I just spoke to someone (I won't name names) who told me they don't want my business because "obviously they are not good at doing repairs". I'm back to square one. If this is service, well........
