Well about a month ago they came out to check some work that needed to be done mainly heating cooling and plumbing. They said they couldn't help me with plumbing ok cool. I had a guy (Ronnie) tell me he'll get me an estimate for a brand new hvac and furnace. Call back Thursday get their receptionist telling me Ronnie. Will call me back. It's Saturday and I've got no call back or an estimate. Don't waste your time I will take my business elsewhere. Should not take that long for an estimate much left no response. Terrible service

Mikhail was fantastic. Showed up within 40 minutes on a Sunday morning. Troubleshot every step properly and kept us up to date with what to expect. Found the right parts (Circuit board) and had it installed the next morning. Definitely recommend.

This is my second time using Smylie One and I could not be more impressed. They've been quick to respond and extremely thorough with their assessment and recommendations. Their Technician, Dave, was simply fantastic - he was empathetic and creative with finding a way to keep the heat running over the weekend while we waited for the new parts and repairs on Monday morning. I was most impressed with how he followed up throughout the weekend ensure we were on track. He is as good as it gets!

We changed our HVAC maintenance company from one we had had for years due to lack of response to several inquiries regarding the status of our older hvac units. Our experience with Smylie One, particularly Andres Ortiz, was refreshing. He made a minor repair to a loose wire on the heat exchanger, answered our questions regarding the status/condition of our older units and couldn't have been nicer. He came right on time and was very professional. I keep a service partnership with Smylie. For near 20 years Smylie has been the first choice for any work I have needed done. Water heaters, furnace maintenance, plumbing issues, and air conditioning installation, have all been done correct, done right the first time, and done at a reasonable cost. There are others, but none really better.

Smylie team of Cody and Jerrel did an incredible very difficult job at our home installing 2 high velocity air conditioning systems. It was a lot of dirty work in cramped spaces and they always went the extra mile to ensure that the new system was as unobtrusive as they could make it be. They did an awesome job!!

Our AC wasn’t blowing cold air and I also smelled Freon coming from the vents so I submitted my concern on Smylie Ones website. Linda then spoke to me and sent the technician Andres over to diagnose our ac unit. The first thing Andres did before entering our home was that he put on shoe covers which was very important for us! Andres explained that our ac unit outside was low on Freon but could also be leaking somewhere in the lines. He then pointed us in the right direction to speak with consultants about replacing our ac unit . Andres and Linda were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend

Smylie One was a positive experience from start to finish. There office staff was kind and caring to answer my questions, as well providing update on the the plumbers arrival. The plumber worked diligently until the problem was located and the job was finished. The cost was very fair and we appreciated the overall experience.
