Great service installer Rafael, But Mike Moran was the worst business owner I have ever experienced. Built awning to a different dimension than quote. No notification of any change, we offered to pay balance due and use wrong awning over different door and build a new one to the agreed upon size. He refused said would throw in trash , this is after we waited two months. Terrible experience and just plain rude to deal with. Really no Stars should be the posting.

If I could give zero stars I truly would. I was referred to this business by another business owner who was unable to provide what I was looking for but thought these guys would fit the bill. I called and talked to Ron, the owner, and he was probably the rudest business owner I have ever come across. He did not even let me explain what I wanted a quote for before cutting me off rudely, saying they were very busy, had at least 8 weeks of work, and (essentially) would have to "get in line". Im unsure if the amount of business he has is getting to his head but that is a terrible way to
