This company is amazing, not only did they teach us what we needed to know, they helped us through the process, step by step. I would highly recommend this company for all multi family properties. They are highly respected with the fire department, which makes the process much smoother. Yesterday your technician stopped by to work on the gates.
SO often the positive outcomes are overlooked in any industry, so I wanted to take a moment to recognize the extreme level of service we received. I'm not sure if you have any kind of rewards program for your team - Chuck deserves some recognition.
The actual service required was minimal at best (power switches were turned off) but Chuck took the time to provide some training information to the leasing team and myself in regard to proper data entry for the Master system, alternative system controls, remedies to our programming quandary, and so much more.I don't think I would be able to sing his praises enough to compare to the level of customer service the team received yesterday.
