Atlantic Foundations is owned by, Jeff Tourault, who began foundation work as a summer job during high school. In 1985, Jeff started Atlantic Foundations and has been installing foundations and building relationships ever since. Jeff has grown his company to be one of the most respected foundation companies in the state of Virginia.

Horrible customer service. I called to get an estimate for a foundation. A message was taken and after not hearing from them for several days, I called again. I was told I probably didn’t get a return call because they are too busy to work with anyone that’s not a contractor. They offered to take another message but I was told that I may not receive a callback.

BEWARE if you aren't a high volume builder. This company uses lies, deceit and misleading promises to string you along when it suits their purposes. Even if you have an agreed timeline you will be bumped if another higher volume builder needs work last minute. One month after our job site was ready and more than 3 weeks after Ms Utility marked lines, I was again told to wait another week, at least. I went to office to speak with Jeff Touralt, the owner but he was temporarily out. I asked for a return call as I never met him and wanted to inform him, but haven't received a return call.
