I called up today and spoke to Peter....let me tell you. I wish I could use them for chimney cleaning, but I have an emergency situation where unfortunately I can't wait...This man was so freakin nice and knowledgeable with the situation I was telling him....and he actually listened and cared. I'm in customer service for our family business, so I can relate to him. Peter, I hope you're reading this, so that I can say a special thank you to you....and also for referring me to your other guy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Literally do not bother contacting this company. I live 3 minutes from this place and I was scheduled out 2 weeks in advance for an estimate. after No confirmation, I had to call up the day of, to confirm the site visit was still on. After calling I received a call back 30 minutes plus after saying tech was running late and they wanted to reschedule. This is after I took off from work
Gave this place the benefit since it was close, but just as other people in the areas said find a better place that respects your time. I would give them 0 start if I was able too.

Made appointment, they called and said the truck broke down- ok, lets reschedule. Rescheduled for today between 12 and 5pm, called at 4:40 after not hearing from them and was told my appointment was moved to the 30th. They wasted my time and made me go without heat and trying to get service from someone else. I PAID someone to be at my house and wait for this appointment and they dont even call, move my appointment without communication- dont waste your time, move on from these turkies.

My pellet stove stopped working two weeks ago. Anthony from Dunrite came and checked it out. Within minutes he knew the problem. Gave me a temporary fix until the part he ordered would show up. Saturday they came to place the part in. Prompt and professional. Stove running like a charm... Thank you
