Website and google description and screenshots within images all state they sell parts. On their website it also has a number for parts sales and a link to order online (that doesnt work). The number is exactly the same as the service number. Even tho its a local number it goes to a call center serving all locations. Key in your zip then choose between new appointments and existing appointments. They say theyre open 7 days 8-8 but what that means is the call center is open. And they dont sell parts. Wouldnt have wasted my time waiting for them to open and would have tracked my part

Two days ago our side by side refrigerator found a problem and I was very worried about it,my husband contacted Dependable Appliance Repair and they sent someone named ALEX to us and that was one of my best experiences.ALEX was very calm,and kind and SKILLED and also he was such a clean man and without us telling him he used shoe cover and then came our home ,Im very sensitive to this because I have two young children. I highly recommend him. Thank your ALEX, now our refrigerator is working well.
