Your inspection report will be computer generated with color photos and will be completed onsite. Our inspector will go over his findings with you and email you and your realtor the report before we leave the property. If you're not completely satiffied at the end of the inspection review at the property, not only will we refund the inspection fee, but we will also pay for another certified inspector of your choice.

Radon Testing

Report

A radon test is taken to determine the amounts of radon inside the house. Radon is a radioactive gas that is caused by the breakdown of uranium in the ground. Because radon is a light gas it will flow from the ground up through the house, as it enters the house it can become trapped causing higher amounts of radon to collect inside the house.

Commercial Roof Infrared Inspection

Report

Our level one certified thermographer will use a high resolution infrared camera to locate areas of moisture under the roof surface, these areas will be marked with a paint stick and numbered so that the property owner, roofing contractor or insurance company can locate them later for further evaluation.
