How funny! This company refused to work with me and my family because I accused them of dishonest practices when dealing with my elderly father. The visiting tech did not explain things well enough to my father for him to understand, tech showed my father an ipad with the estimate and had him sign the ipad agreeing to the estimate but did not explain what was written on the ipad nor did he give him a paper estimate or receipt at the time of service. Be careful when dealing with Russells. Roy from Russells came to check on my heating ducts. He was knowledgeable. Proffessional, and answered all of my questions regarding the ducts. In the past a Russells manager had come out to correct the faulty work of another Russells employee; That manager was also awesome. He apologized and had the work redone. At that time (4 years ago) I did complain about the prior employee who did the faulty work as the duct work cost thousands and the prior employee had not done it correctly. This review is one year overdue, but it gave me ample time to use our AC and furnace throughout the seasons. When I first bought my house it did not have an AC Unit, only an ugly wall heater. So we shopped around for quotes and Russell's was able to give us a competitive quote that we couldn't pass up. Angel was very thorough throughout the process and what the installation process was going to look like. It took about 3 days to create new ducting and install the AC Unit and furnace, I'm glad they were able to install the furnace in the attic so it's hidden. All the duct work
