Customer service have been great. Purchased a Grandee Hot Tub and have had a few questions over the past few months. Each one answered in a very friendly manner. Even my stupid questions. Really feel that making the customer comfortable with their new "tub", is a passion with the staff.
3 years later: Super support! Jeff and Sammy continue to provide outstanding service and products. Our tub had a few minor issues over the years and they were always there to solve them. I am pleased to call them friends and highly recommend Crowell Pools and Spas.

I will never come back after the service I was provided by the gentleman who was really smart mouthed. My family bought us a hot tub from you folks and we just wanted to get chemicals. Plus I called in advance to be sure. Thank you.

I made an appointment with a rep at the store for a pool cleaning for a specific date. Called the store on the day of, to find out a status. I was told by a woman there, "Sir we can't make appointments for a specific date, and it won't be this *week* ". Are you serious? Why did you even put my name down for that date? No one bothered to call and advise of any delays or to reschedule. If I hadn't called, I'd still be sitting here until whenever they decided to show up, if ever. I understand about being behind schedule/shorthanded, etc, but there's no excuse to not reach out and communicate with

This was our first time having a pool and when we decided to install a pool we did a lot of research on various companies and decided to go with Crowell and happy we did! We chose the "Icon" pool to have a deep end for a diving board and 360 slide and then we added a "Topaz" tanning ledge (for now it's a kitty pool 12" deep with 3 fountains). This was the first time they had installed the tanning ledge raised the way we wanted it and Chip and the crew made sure to make it exactly how I wanted it. The end result was beautiful and I appreciated their willingness to show up every time I needed help

I'm not their biggest customer by far, but Crowell Pools has been a great partner in my backyard inground pool adventure since 2011. My calls are returned when I have questions, they come to my house when they say they are coming. They are so dependable. Would have to also say they have been extraordinarily patient with me as a novice pool owner. Plus, Tracy and her crew are just good people.
