2 employees at checkout were not wearing their masks when I went to check out. One was casually eating and drinking as well. Incredibly disrespectful, especially with the current surge. Will not be coming back.

I have never experienced such pathetic customer service and so many issues as I have had with Star Nursery on Boulder Hwy. Broken items (two items, FOUR breaks in one day. Had to drive over there to switch items, and they didn't even offer an apology or refund), they "forgot" to ship our 200 pounds of sand, couldn't find our receipt, and asked my Husband if he was SURE he ordered from them. When we ordered everything from them last weekend, they were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Couldn't give us any information on anything, and acted annoyed that we had a few questions
