We began our journey with Northern Colorado Pools back in the fall of the COVID year. From the very beginning Sean clearly articulated the process and timeframe of when we could expect to start enjoying our pool. As we moved into 2021 and the supply chain disruptions began to rear their head, Sean continually kept us abreast of the issues at hand and how they might impact the schedule. We absolutely love our Leisure pool (we did the Ultimate 40). Sean was great and very responsive for the initial meeting/sale of the pool. Duncan was our project manager and he is awesome as well. Jeff gave us our "pool school" and will answer any question that comes up. We waited a few months for the process to start and any question I have had is always met with an immediate answer or offer for help (including after hours calls evenings/weekends/Saturday morning visits). As with any "project" there are always challenges, the stamped concrete coping edge didn't match the picture of the one we

I cant say enough about this company. We are in the beginning stages of a pool install for fall 2020. We interviewed several pool companies and not one compared to the experience we have had with Sean and Tara. They went above and beyond making sure to answer and help us with all of our questions and concerns. Their response time is impeccable. I know at this point I cant comment on the actual pool we will have installed but I can comment on their amazing customer service. We had them service our pool for this year. We've had issues with the quality of work they have done. The owner Jeff seems to think his customers are not telling the truth. We have his employees performing service on our pool that should of taken 45 minutes to an hour and his guy was here for only 10 minutes. All captured on our cameras. Then a valve was broken and he quickly stated it was not his guy without coming out to have a conversation with the client thats paying his company for the services. The owner has no integrity and the service he provides is garbage. I highly recommend you not use
