Our refrigerator stopped working, and Lee's Appliance was able to come out the next day. Cliff delivered outstanding service. He gave us a call to let us know he was 30 mins out, showed up on time, and he was courteous and knowledgeable. We had been told by another repair tech the compressor was bad, but Cliff identified the actual problem - an evaporator coil leak. I highly recommend Lee's Appliance for any repair needs! If you happen to live south of Denver, you may be lucky enough to get Cliff assigned to your service call.

Though our fridge is Not repairable they came out twice and tried everything they could! Its a factory defect most likely. They were kind and knew that this is not the time of year to be without a refrigerator! Its been 5 weeks. The sad side is buying a new one isnt easy right now either. Lees appliance did everything they could. I would use them again.

Our LG gas range oven had started to act up. Brian came out quickly and did an evaluation. He replaced the first thing that indicated needing to be replaced with the instructions to let him know how it worked after using it as there could be additional things to do. He assured us that we would not have another service call fee on the next visit if it did not work. It was the week before Thanksgiving and it did not work. He took the time to research on LG gas ovens and came back quickly. He replace another part which he brought with him and it worked great. I appreciated that he did not replace
