Better than has been in the past. Found the plant I wanted to gift and it was in good condition. Chose a concrete planter as another gift and asked if the recipient could exchange for something she liked better. The cashier didn't think that was possible but an assistant managers said yes. Great selection. Pricey.

The place is well laid out.. I was looking for something specific but the woman behind the counter didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered with anything. Otherwise good. :)

Nice variety of plants, employees were wearing masks, social distancing, and helpful. Would have liked to looked around more, but it started raining hard.
