Services

Termite Control

Our termite control specialists use advanced Sentricon bait systems and Termidor liquid treatments to eliminate colonies and prevent re-infestation. We conduct thorough inspections to identify mud tubes, damaged wood, and other signs of activity. With transferable warranties available, our technicians create customized defense strategies using both bait stations and chemical barriers for comprehensive protection against subterranean termites.

Mosquito Control

This service targets breeding grounds and resting areas through yard granular treatments and targeted applications. Our bi-weekly mosquito control program from March to November reduces populations by 90% using EPA-registered products. We focus on eliminating standing water sources and applying residual treatments to foliage and shaded areas where mosquitoes congregate, providing seasonal relief for residential properties.

Rodent Control

Our comprehensive rodent control includes exclusion services, humane trapping, and habitat modification. Technicians identify entry points through foundation cracks and roof gaps, then implement sealing solutions to prevent re-entry. The service covers attic inspections, nest removal, and prevention strategies like proper food storage guidance, addressing both immediate infestations and long-term prevention for rats and mice.

Roach Control

This service targets common Texas cockroach species through strategic baiting and targeted applications. Our technicians apply gel baits in kitchen areas, use dust formulations in wall voids, and implement perimeter treatments to create protective barriers. The program includes identifying moisture sources and food entry points while using non-repellent insecticides that eliminate entire colonies through secondary poisoning.

Wildlife Control

Our wildlife control service addresses nuisance animals like squirrels, raccoons, and wasps through humane trapping and relocation. Technicians perform thorough property inspections to identify entry points, then implement exclusion measures using steel mesh and sealants. The service includes wasp nest removal from eaves and attics, squirrel proofing through chimney caps, and raccoon den elimination with one-way exclusion devices.

The Dancan Team was very polite and professional. The exclusion work they did seems excellent and looks great. This is a big relief for us after seeing the work that was completed. They were very amenable with taking pictures that I asked for of the work done around the eaves, which we weren't able to readily access. We would highly recommend them for any rodent exclusion work.
